In this recently completed outdoor kitchen the customer opted for a modern look, influenced by an earlier outdoor kitchen we had worked on.
The outdoor kitchen sits on their deck so they used our ROF customer outdoor kitchen solution. This outdoor kitchen can be placed on a deck, rooftop or patio area so it is extremely flexible, unlike masonry.

Materials Used
Drawing inspiration from an outdoor kitchen we built in Scarsdale, New York, the homeowner decided to use Azek Timbertech cladding for the facing of the island. They used a Dekton slab for the countertop and on the side next to the house they raised the countertop 6”.
Design Tips
Measurements for this outdoor kitchen are 100” (grill side) by 169” (house side).
The homeowners wanted an L-shape with one side devoted to cooking (griddle and grill) and one side for prep, washing with the sink or using sink as a beverage chiller.
Because of the style of the house and their usage of Azek for their floor decking they decided to use the same style Azek for the outdoor kitchen facing. They broke up the coloring of the deck and outdoor kitchen facing by using different colored corners on the outdoor kitchen.
Behind the grill and the griddle we placed 4 island vents to promote air flow.
