In this outdoor kitchen in Bronxville in Westchester County the homeowner wanted to put together the ultimate outdoor cooking setup. An avid cooking enthusiast, this outdoor kitchen allows him to cook with gas on his Alfresco grill, charcoal on his Kamado Joe, grill steaks on his Otto Wilde salamander and cook on large vessels on his Alfresco versa power burner.
The homeowner used the ROF outdoor kitchen solution of the island and contracted with a local mason to use true stone for the veneer.
He wanted to maximize his storage so he not only has the Alfresco tall 42” dry storage pantry but he also included two 30” Alfresco storage drawers (one of them serves his Kamado Joe by providing storage for all of his smoking accessories).
Built for the true cooking enthusiast, this kitchen offers complete versatility and the ability to cook in any style desired. The homeowner also did an amazing job tying in the countertop – island veneer – patio to create an aesthetic of seamlessness.
We would have added one more refrigerator and would have also created more width in the space between the Kamado Joe and the dry storage pantry.
