Outdoor Kitchen Idea: Full Service Outdoor Kitchen Near Pool

This outdoor kitchen in Armonk NY was over a year in the works. And judging by the end result, it was certainly worth the wait. The homeowner had an outdoor kitchen idea that the space needed to be a self-contained kitchen since it was on a different floor than their indoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen would serve the pool level so there had to be plenty of room for refrigeration and storage.

The homeowner opted to go with an Alfresco 42 grill without the sear zone and a 24″ Alfresco versa power cooker. A lover of old school charcoal grilling, he also installed a Big Joe Kamado Joe in the island. This would be used for long slow n low smoking as well as standard charcoal grilling. For refrigeration, he opted to pass on an icemaker (after much deliberation) and ultimately went with the Alfresco URS1XE refrigerator, the largest outdoor refrigerator available.
