Blaze Outdoor Kitchen

This outdoor kitchen in Chappaqua NY showcases an ROF Outdoor Kitchen island, a Blaze 5 grill, Blaze undercounter components and an Alfa One pizza oven (not pictured).

We Built the Outdoor Kitchen Island

When the customer first contacted us, they did not have an idea as to what they wanted other than the island needed to be placed on an existing deck which was being refinished. This removed a traditional block build from the equation so the customer ended up using the ROF outdoor kitchen island. The long side is 144″ and the short side is 58″. On the short side we placed an arch under the countertop that will be used to store wood for the pizza oven. The customer was initially going to buy a gas pizza oven but after being exposed to the merits of wood-fire cooking, they opted to go with the Alfa One oven.

Blaze Outdoor Kitchen

On the long side the customer used a Blaze 5 grill with the Blaze 39″ door / drawer combination underneath it.
This is a great piece as it provides access to the gas shutoff but also has 3 storage drawers on the side. The customer used the Blaze 5.2 cu ft refrigerator and finally the Blaze dual trash / recycle bin.

Countertop / Veneer

The customer used an El Dorado ledge stone for the veneer and a Dekton countertop.
