Coyote Pellet Grill – DCS Outdoor Kitchen | Roslyn, NY

In this outdoor kitchen in Roslyn NY we supplied the design and construction of the outdoor kitchen island and also supplied all of the grill components.  This outdoor kitchen utilizes both a pellet grill for smoking as well as a conventional gas grill for normal grilling. We used a Coyote dry storage pantry between the pellet grill and the DCS gas grill and under the pellet grill there is a Coyote storage drawer to store all BBQ cooking supplies.

What We Like About this Outdoor Kitchen

By including a pellet grill as well as the gas grill, the homeowner has covered every facet of outdoor cooking. They can smoke, sear, grill and bake without any issues. The customer also did a fantastic job in choosing the countertop with the stone selection.

What We Would Change About this Outdoor Kitchen

I would have created a little bit more space from the left door of the dry storage pantry and the drawer under the pellet grill.
