Outdoor Kitchen Ideas: Big Island, Minimal Components

This is a snapshot of a DCS outdoor kitchen in White Plains, NY . The focal point of the outdoor kitchen is the DCS 7 Series 48″ gas grill  . The homeowner opted not to use access doors under the grill. Instead they placed them on the back of the island facing the yard. Other components used are the DCS refrigerator, DCS sideburner, DCS trash bin, storage drawers and an inset sink.

The customer was drawn to DCS due to the ability to do all-sear on the cooking surface as well as the grease management system. They were also drawn to the power the DCS provides, something we discussed in one of our videos on the Ring of Fire Youtube channel.
