Outdoor Kitchen Ideas: Blaze Pro / Alfa Pizza Oven

This outdoor kitchen in Bronxville, NY features a Ring of Fire Outdoor kitchen island as well as Blaze Professional grill components and an Alfa One pizza oven.

We were working in a tight space and previous attempts to design the island as an “L” were fruitless as the L shape meant we would have to push the island into the pathway of the means of egress and entrance in the yard. We were able to eliminate extra linear feet on the island when I convinced the homeowner to bag the idea of a built in pizza oven and instead go with a countertop version that burnt wood. The island uses a blue stone countertop to match the patio and ElDorado stone to act as the veneer,

What I Like About This Island

Homeowner made great pivot and didn’t build the pizza oven in . It would have been a very inefficient design and clog up too much space.

What I Would Change About This Island

Would have preferred to see the grill installed a little tighter to the masonry to create more of flush look.
