What could be better than staring at the Hudson River while grilling for friends and family? This homeowner spent over 2 years working on this project and I’m happy to say it is now a reality.
The customer wanted to create the ideal outdoor chef’s kitchen which would be placed underneath a cedar roof structure.
He fell in love with the Alfresco brand so we used all Alfresco for the cooking components and then we used 2 Marvel outdoor refrigerators, one a double drawer unit, the other there single door 24” model.
The cabinets are Danver Brown Jordan’s Hammertone finish with shaker door and Hampton handle. The used a Dekton countertop fabricated by Ecuastone in Yorktown Heights, NY.
In order to use the space year round they installed Infratech heaters on the roof facing.
The views! The wood roof! The cabinets! The selection of multiple cooking devices! Ample countertop space! Brilliance!

There was discussion about installing a hood but with ample headroom and open space all around the grill they opted not to install one.
