The owner told us that due to the unpredictable weather and oppressive heat in summer, he thought it was better to enclose the outdoor kitchen on three sides.

Working from left to right, the kitchen includes:

• Commercial hood – 80” wide
• Perlick H50IMS ice maker
• Perlick 24” refrigerator drawers 

The island houses an undermount sink and access door underneath it. He also used stainless cabinets as the base of the outdoor kitchen.

Note that this kitchen is enclosed on 3 sides.

Homeowner used a custom 80” commercial hood to vent out the Memphis smoker and the Alfresco grill. He also installed a ceiling fan to assist with handling smoke and other cooking byproducts as well as to prevent mosquitoes and other flying insects from being drawn to the cooking area.
